Cancelation and deposit policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. However, please be aware of our cancellation policy:

Deposit Amount: An initial deposit amounting to 20% of your total booking is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Total amount: The remaining 80% of the booking amount must be paid in full no later than 120 days prior to your scheduled check-in date. 80%

Refund: You are eligible for an 80% refund of the total booking amount if you cancel your reservation 90 days or more prior to your scheduled check-in date. (Date of Arrival - DOA). No Refund: If you cancel your reservation within 90 days of your scheduled check-in date (DOA), no refund will be issued. Requesting a

Cancellation: To request a cancellation, please contact our reservations team as soon as possible. You can reach us at info@yokochinozawa.com Cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email. Change of Dates: If you need to change your reservation dates within the 90-day window, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, please note that any changes made may still be subject to the cancellation policy.

No-Shows and Early Departures: If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date (no-show) or depart early, no refund will be provided for the unused nights. The entire booking amount for the reserved stay will be charged.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances. By making a reservation at Lodge Yokochi, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy as stated above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, as they help us manage our reservations efficiently and provide the best possible experience for all our guests. To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 20% of the total booking amount is required upon booking. This deposit serves to secure your reservation and will be deducted from the overall cost of your stay. Please note that the remaining balance must be settled at least 120 days before your scheduled check-in date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your room reservation as well as the 20% deposit.
